Identical twin brothers, Ben & Alex are both qualified, registered and insured Sports Massage Therapists and Strength & Conditioning Coaches.

Having both competed in numerous sports at high levels, they now assist the general public and athletes with the rehabilitation of injuries, promoting well-being and assisting with health and fitness.

As well as their own private clients Ben & Alex have worked with Bath Rugby, the Sports Science team at The University of Bath Sports Injury Clinic and also the internationally renowned Thermae Spa.
